EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for "Text Speakout"

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY the following license agreement. Text Speakout is a free tool of New site AppMela.com and AllFreeDownloadz.com. You must agree to the terms and conditions before installing and using a license for Text Speakout on your computer.

This end-user license agreement, the "EULA" as short form, is a legal agreement between you and Text Speakout and its provider AppMela.com and AllFreeDownloadz.com, including computer software, documentation, scripts and all used in this software. b) You are free to share, distribute this software as long as it being used as an original version on a single pc. You may keep a copy as a backup. All Rights reserved by AllFreeDownloadz.com. AllFreeDownloadz.com reserves the right to terminate this license at any time.

c) COPYRIGHT: All title and copyrights for this software such as including, but not limited to, any images, video, audio, music, text the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE, are owned by AppMela.com and AllFreeDownloadz.com. The software "Text Speakout" protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material. However, you may make one copy for backup, share it with others for personal use.

d) You may be requested to install third party apps or program while installing or downloading. You may require installing that third party app, programs in order to use this software if any option is not provided.

e) WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, "Text Speakout" and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty against infringement, with regard to "Text Speakout". e) Text Speakout and its provider AppMela.com and AllFreeDownloadz.com held NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In any event Text Speakout or its suppliers shall not be responsible for any damages such as damages or loss of business profits, damage of property (computer), business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
